The Rehabilitation Act, as amended, requires public hearings to be conducted on the proposed state plans for the Division of Rehabilitation Services (DRS). The 2012 public hearings will be held as follows
Your attendance would be greatly appreciated at a location most convenient for you. Here, you will have an opportunity to provide valuable feedback and suggestions on the Vocational Rehabilitation Program's annual state plan. The plan will also be available on our website http://tn.gov/humanserv/rehab/st_plan.html in mid-April, along with instructions on how comments can be submitted if you cannot attend one of the meetings. Your input to the proposed state plans is very important to us. A draft copy of the plans will be available by April 15 in all DRS offices and on the DRS website http://tn.gov/humanserv/rehab/st_plan.html. Alternative formats are available upon request from any DRS regional supervisor or through contacting us via the website.
